Fireplace Recipes
We have carried out historical research to retrieve the most important recipes in use in the years when the fireplaces in the Doge’s apartment of the Doge’s Palace in Venice were built. We have selected 12 recipes that our chefs have interpreted with a modern twist, while remaining faithful to an ancient document dictated by the chef and written by the scribe between the end of the 15th century and the first half of the 16th century.
